**Language Requirements**: English and Afrikaans fluency

**Responsibilities**:
As a Service Controller, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including:

- Handling incoming service-based calls.
- Logging and managing warranty claims efficiently.
- Managing delivery and collection notes.
- Conducting daily follow-ups with clients.
- Preparing quotes for customers.
- Managing Vodacom and Telkom SIM cards.
- Training provided to work with our system.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans languages.
- Availability to undergo training for our system.
- Access to personal transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
