**Description**:
Our client in the agricultural industry is looking for a presentable, detail-driven, and organised individual with excellent interpersonal & numerical skills. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment is crucial for this role.
The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the accuracy of all items despatched and received, procurement, managing reception, general office administration, providing administrative support for OHS compliance, and performing clerical financial functions.
Key Performance Areas: *Despatch *Procurement *Reception & general office management *Financial aspects (processing wages, processing & reconciliation of petty cash & credit card slips) *Occupational Health & Safety compliance administration *All ad hoc duties related to the position.
Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Matric with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy;
- A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous;
- Approximately 3 years' relevant experience in an administrative logistics/despatch/procurement environment;
- Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English);
- Excellent computer literacy (specifically Microsoft Excel, Sage Pastel advantageous);
- Own reliable transport.
Area of work: Outskirts of Stellenbosch (between Kraaifontein and Klapmuts).
