**POSITION: OTA Department Administrator**
**REPORTS TO: OTA Department Manager**
**DURBANVILLE**
**Objective**
Under the direction of the OTA Department Manager, and within the limits the Company client policies and procedures, to implement and manage the OTA projects effectively and provide courteous service at all times.
**Administration**
- To carry out all administrative duties within the OTA department as instructed by the Strategic OTA consultants
- To ensure each property within the portfolio is fully visible on all desirable third-party platforms locally and internationally.
- To ensure all property photographs are correctly uploaded, sized and portray the property to its full potential
- To conduct monthly rate parity party checks and complete reports based on findings to Strategic consultants.
- To take instruction from the OTA department Manager with on-boarding all new clients within the department.
- Creation of new client profiles on new and/or existing third-party platforms locally and internationally.
- To take an active role in the monthly reporting process by pulling and preparing data in correct format. This will be provided to Strategic OTA consultants for further processing.
- To be fully conversant with all client rates, property descriptions and policies ensuring there are no discrepancies on all platforms locally and internationally.
- Update and maintain client information sheets
- Raising any potential issues with the OTA department Manager
- To be fully accountable for uploading and maintaining each properties list of facilities on all third-party platforms locally and internationally.
- Answer phones as promptly as possible in a courteous professional manner.
**Miscellaneous**
- Creating a positive relationship with colleagues: They are part of the internal approach NOT to work in silos but one company bringing the departments as one. Therefore, their interaction with Management and Employees are an example and needs to be a positive influence.
- Travelling required
- Valid Passport always required
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all dealings with clients either on the phone or in person.

- Durbanville, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
