HR Generalist

**HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST**

**INCON HEALTH CLINICS**, an established national organisation, which has been specialising in the field of Occupational Health for more than 33 years, requires the services of Human Resources Generalist in the **Durbanville **area.

**Start date: 01 March 2023**

**Focus Areas**:

- Recruitment and Selection
- Onboarding Induction and Orientation
- Employee engagement
- Administration of leave and sick leave, UIF benefits, Attendance, HR inbox, filing
- Payroll administration and processing (weekly & monthly)
- Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
- Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements
- Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
- Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience

**Skills Required**:

- Relevant Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human resources
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant human resources generalist experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all applicable legislation and regulatory requirements related to HR.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of human resources and business metrics, governance principles and risk management.
- Strong financial and general business acumen and the ability to utilise this insight when making people management decisions and/or recommendations.
- As strong focus on delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge and proven experience in Payroll processing and administration
- Experience in HR Software will be advantageous.
- Flexible and quick in responding to requests made at short notice.
- Impeccable communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Pro-active and results-driven with strong focus on meeting deadlines.
- Highly organised, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent active-listening skills.
- Integrity and maintaining high levels of confidentiality.

Pay: R11,440.00 per month
