**Job Description**:
Role purpose

The high-quality delivery of all in scope, the function of Workplace management services is to meet service levels required by stakeholders in our Johannesburg office, and the provision of support where required by our offices elsewhere in our portfolio.

What you will do

Based in our office in Johannesburg, this exciting role reports to the Head of the Workplace, and will involve interacting with the building management team and collaborating with colleagues across our Global service center portfolio, in a fast-changing, dynamic, and inclusive environment.
- You will be delivering facilities in our Johannesburg workplace, liaising with building management, managing contracts and their performance, raising purchase orders, tracking payments, and invoice management
- You will be responsible for all aspects of Health and Safety, including risk assessments, accident reporting, business performance reports, and the provision of First Aiders, and Fire wardens
- Provide administrative support, producing reports and data as required, and progress the automation of tasks
- You will liaise with colleagues in our global offices and service centers, on matters such as workplace standards, health and safety, and ESG, and collaborate with, and support other workplace roles.

Experience and Attributes:

- Experience in a similar role in managing facilities services
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated team player who can work independently
- Knowledge of Health and Safety
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Highly organised
- Diplomatic, with excellent relationship and communication skills
- Relevant industry recognized qualifications are desirable
