- To assist the finance manager and team with allocations, capturing transactions, query resolution and reconciliation of creditors accounts, preparation and follow through of payments and management of specific creditor accounts**Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to**:

- Allocation and capturing of entries from the bank statement
- Liaising with Treasury, Procurement and other departments for information
- Create and send through invoices to Treasury
- Dealing with queries on the bank statement
- Dealing with queries on creditor accounts
- Daily submission of claims to the scheme based on actual member utilization
- Preparation of mid-month and end of month bank reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly creditor reconciliations and sending invoices to creditors for verification
- Preparation of each creditor member Masterfile on monthly basis
- Filing of reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Prepare ad hoc reports
- Support the business unit with daily, weekly and monthly reports as required

- Matric Accounting
- Financial qualification

**Experience**
- Bank reconciliation experience
- Experience working with Sage x3 accounting software advantageous
- Computer literate
- Competent with MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
