- To take responsibility for the timely and accurate processing, payment allocation and reconciliation of supplier transactions for Healthy Company and HomeCare. To take responsibility for the timely and accurate allocation of payments to customer/client accounts and follow up on outstanding amounts to ensure maximum debt recovery.**Key Outputs**
- Reconciliation of monthly statements to invoices and goods received notes
- Follow up on invoices, credit notes and statements
- Follow up on proof of payments
- Achievement of department metrics as set out and agreed on debtors and creditors
- Adhere to all company SOP’s
- Assisting with stock takes
- Attending meetings / team builds/training onsite/offsite from time to time

**Qualification & Experience**
- Matric
- Good understanding of rejection codes on claims with Discovery Health Medical Scheme
- An accounting diploma is advantageous
