**HR BUSINESS PARTNER**

CallForce is an award-winning BPO service provider delivering innovative and customised contact centre solutions from South Africa to the global market. We have an exciting opportunity for an experience HR Business Partner at our Durban offices. You will be managing the end-to-end HR function, with exposure to all the HR frameworks. You will play an integral part of our people strategic goals and objectives.

**YOUR DUTIES (not limited to)**
- KPI Management
- Industrial Relations
- Employee Wellness
- Performance Management
- Learning and Development Pathways
- Reward and Recognition
- Succession and Retention
- Daily management of attrition and absenteeism
- Talent Management, including management of the recruitment cycle.

**YOU WILL NEED**
- 3-5 years HR generalist experience
- Experience in the Contact Centre environment
- Good networking and relationship building
- To collaborate with multiple departments to drive strategic objectives.
- Sound Judgement and able to manage conflict situations.
- High energy to keep up with a fast-paced contact centre
- Understanding of a target driven operations department
- A Degree or Diploma in HRM

**Market related competitive salary, and goal driven incentives.**

**Salary**: R1.00 - R2.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
