- Formalise and optimise business unit operations.
- Step into management role, independently managing respective business unit.

**1. CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT**

**A. Objectives**
- Identify opportunities to grow the business unit organically.
- Improve customer service and response turnaround time.

**LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT**

**A. **Objective**
- To ensure strategic alignment by driving KPI’s.
- To improve employee engagement by implementing EE initiatives.
- To drive a culture of inclusion and team.
- **Essential Qualification Required**:

- B CoM/Finance Degree or Taxation
- **Preferred Qualification** - Complete articles

**Experience Requirements**:

- **Essential Experience**:

- 5 years’ experience in Managing a payroll/ Finance department.
- **Preferred Experience** - 5 years’ experience gained in the finance department / industry working across Africa

**Knowledge and Skills required**:

- **Essential Knowledge** -Familiar with different African countries immigration, payroll, labour and tax regulations. ISO systems, contractual documents
- **Essential Skills**:

- Financial acumen, adjustments, prepare reports, cash flow preparation, strong computer literacy, MS Suite, verbal, numerical, written, management, leadership, CRM system
