Our client based in Milnerton at their distribution office is requiring your excellent communication skills for phoning clients to explain their portfolio of Vape products to build strong relationships for new business.
This role requires a helpful, kind, and proactive individual who can support the sales team out on the road.
Experience working at a retail Vaping store is highly advantageous.
**Requirements**:
- Grade 12, relevant qualification advantageous
- Min 5-10 years working experience in an outbound contact centre
- 2 years Cold calling experience required
- Previous sales track record will be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Office Package experience
- Well organized / Disciplined
- Excellent presentation
- Excellent customer service
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager
- Proactively contact potential customers via phone to introduce and promote the range of vape products
- Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and convert prospects into loyal customers
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources
- Responsible for making outbound calls to obtain new customer business
- Service existing customers
- Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively to close sales
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer accurate and up-to-date information
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
- Support the External Sales team
- Supporting the Admin Manager
