Support External Affairs Team with travel

Create PO’s and facilitate timely payment of vendors

Liaise with finance monthly to

Facilitate vendor creation process

Facilitate Intra company recharges

Keep payments spreadsheet up to date

Liaise with finance monthly on accruals and payments

Lynnwood office support - Placing orders for stationery, catering, and other consumables

EHS - complete courses for SHE Rep and First Aid and perform such duties

Complete monthly reports and submit to EHS manager

Attend monthly meetings

Perform EHS admin requirements for Lynnwood office

Plan Conferences for External Affairs Team - sourcing venues, payments, flights, transfers and other logistics

Ensure accurate records management

Support all new joiners / leavers

ordering phones, laptops

Arrange set up of devices

Arrange access cards

Matric

Relevant working experience

Microsoft package
