Financial Administrator

**Introduction**
Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced and qualified Financial Administrator to join their team in Boksburg.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
General administration support to sales and financial departments.
Filing physical and digital documents.
Debtors administration.
Sales invoicing and processing credit notes.
Loading of documents on client portals.
Sending invoices and statements to clients.
Facilitating collections and handling queries.
Recording receipts in the cash book and open item allocations.
Reporting on outstanding debtors to management.
Ensuring compliance with SARS/SADC export regulations.
Managing credit risk and reporting to credit insurance risk providers.
Payroll Administration.
Time and attendance records keeping.
Processing of weekly hourly wages.
Printing of reports and payslips.
Finalising week and month ends.
Processing Year end shutdown wages.
Knowledge of Bargaining Councils.
Leave administration.
**Desired Experience & Qualification**
Matric.
Relevant tertiary education (eg, Financial Accounting, Business Administration etc)
Minimum 8 years of experience.
Valid drivers license and own vehicle.
Proficiency in Microsofy Excel.
Experience using Sage Pastel Evolution or Sage VIP Payroll (Premier).
