This is a full-time remote role for a Business/Sales Development Representative.

We're looking for an **experienced & high performance** cold prospector and appointment setter.

You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and a proven track record of booking meetings, or you will have a very strong track record of getting results in every position you have worked in.

This is really important.

If you are not an accomplished appointment setter who can come in and start getting results in short order, this role is not for you.

You will be paid a bonus of **$50 USD or $25 USD **for Sales Calls realized and Trial sign-ups respectively.

You will be paid a base salary of **$700 USD** per month plus an additional **$300 USD** if you meeting your booked meeting targets each calendar month.

**Monthly Earning potential is $1,000 USD per month + Meeting Realized and Trial Sign Up bonuses.**

You will have your own proven methods to deal with objections, go deep on customer pain points, get past gatekeepers and more generally navigate the entire cold calling process.

Training will be provided on the industry, company and scripts will be provided - but this will not substitute for experience. You must be able to demonstrate a long track record of great results from cold calling.

You will work in a supportive environment and will receive ongoing coaching 3 x times per week.

Cold calling will be the primary channel you will utilize to fill up your pipeline.

You will use a batch dialer which allows you to call up to 5x the number of leads each day.

You will be working in the capacity of an SDR for our (Cyberaktive) client's businesses - this business is a SaaS brand that has a finance and booking product.

This is a full-time role, working in US Eastern Timezone approx 9 - 5pm Monday - Friday.

**Other relevant skills that would be beneficial include**:

- Experience prospecting on Linkedin
- Experience using Sales Navigator for prospecting and list creation.
- You a problem solver. You don't rely on your boss to figure things out for you.

**WE WILL BE EVALUATING APPLICANTS ON THE FOLLOWING**:

- Extensive Cold calling / Warm Calling
- Long track records of booking meeting from cold calls.
- Professional references from previous jobs
- Ability to go deeper and uncover pain points & business impacts
- Objection handling abilities.
- Clear spoken and written English
- Cold call role playing during the interview process
- Someone who is always learning, practicing and developing their skills

**HOW YOUR WORK PERFORMANCE WILL BE EVALUATED**:

- Beating activity KPIs each day
- Beating results KPIs each weeks (Booked meetings and Trials)
- Consistently performing daily tasks
- Consistently undertaking self-coaching activities
