**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of customer service, food quality, and overall dining experience. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, resolving issues, and performing various functions essential to the smooth operation of the restaurant.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Operational Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Manage opening and closing procedures.

**Staff Management**:
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.

Create staff schedules and manage time-off requests.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Address and resolve employee conflicts or issues.

**Customer Service**:
Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all customers.

Address customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.

Monitor and respond to customer feedback on various platforms.

**Financial Management**:
Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.

Prepare and analyze financial reports.

Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.

Handle cash and reconcile daily financial transactions.

**Marketing and Promotion**:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.

Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional events.

Ensure consistent branding and promotion through social media.

**Function Management**:
Coordinate and manage special functions and events.

Work with clients to plan menus, seating arrangements, and decorations.

Ensure the seamless execution of events, including setup, service, and teardown.

Supervise event staff and ensure all function-specific needs are met.

**Quality Control**:
Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.

Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and dining areas.

Work with chefs and kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials.

**Compliance**:
Ensure all licenses and permits are up to date.

Stay informed about local, state, and federal regulations.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.

**Skills**:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Physical Requirements**:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
