**Job Specification***:

- Assist in maintaining accurate and up to date employee records, on HR systems (Sage People, PeopleHR)
- Prepare and distribute HR related documents, such as contract variations and HR policies.
- Support the HR team in maintaining HR databases and generating reports as needed
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting exit interviews.
- Respond to general HR inquiries from employees sent to the Ireland HR mailbox and provide guidance or redirect to the appropriate HR personnel when necessary.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork to payroll and TA team.
- Help ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies by assisting in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR related communications such as announcements.
- Provide administrative support in employee relations matters, such as tracking disciplinary actions, documenting employee grievances, and supporting performance management processes.
- Minute taking in grievance or disciplinary hearings.
- Work closely with line management to drive and help facilitate positive employee relation
- Provide guidance and support on labour relations matters
- Compile and maintain HR metrics, such as headcount reports, turnover data, and training records.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations for management or regulatory purposes.
- Finalising and ensuring that all payroll information is provided timeously for payroll
- Providing guidance on people practices such as succession planning.
- Assist with the development and implementation of talent retention strategies
- Assist in coordinating employee development activities, such as performance appraisal processes and individual development plans.

**Skills Required**:

- HR qualifications/certifications is desirable;
- Prior experience in an administrative role or internship, preferably within an HR department.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles, policies, and practices.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
