**Administrative / Receptionist**

The goal of the administrative receptions will be to maximize the customer experience by providing a courteous and professional service experience to walk-in and phone in customers ensuring that all customers queries are dealt within efficient manner thus resulting in high level of service to promote the company.

The Administrative Receptionist will be required to fulfil the following duties but not limited to:

- Quoting customers
- Handling and Arranging Couriers and transport
- Advising Customers on ETA’s on orders
- Processing Orders
- Updating order lists
- General admin duties

**Work experience Requirement**
- Min 2 years of working experience as a receptionist
- Driver's license and own vehicle
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Afrikaans
- Knowledge in Pastel Evolution (Advantage)
- Advance in Excel (NO EXCEPTIONS, this will be tested)
- Diligent, punctual with a good attention to detail (must be able to work under pressure)
- Well presented.

**Education Requirements**
- Matric (Essential)

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
