Security Tender Administrator

- Co-ordinate the completion of tender documentation by liaising with a wide range of roles within the organisation such as legal, sales and design services
- Preparing written tender proposals if required
- Reviewing contractual terms and conditions and tender documentations to identify specific requirements and red flags
- Ensuring that all documents are accurate, up to date, signed (if required) and provided in a timely manner
- Identify certificates requested for the procurement procedure, specific submission requirements and ensure compliance
- Ensuring the submission are made in time and assist with final submission of the tender if required
- Building and maintaining company tender documentation library
- Establishing and managing a library of legal documents, translations, case studies, case studies, technical requirements and bid responses
- Conduction won/lost analyses and identifying best practices to win bids
- Establishing a working knowledge of the products and services offered by the company
- Preparation and presentation of formal and informal quotations and budget pricing to prospective clients
- Provision of technical and commercial support for the Service Department where required
- Maintaining on-going communications with our potential client base
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly sales reports
- Liaising directly with the Sales Manager and Service Co-Ordinator to ensure their activities do not conflict or replicate those within business development
Grade 12
3-5 Years’ experience in a similar in a role
Proven sales track record in the security industry
Excellent verbal and communication skills
PSIRA registered Grade C
