Mzansi Holidays is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Reservation Department for a 3-month internship

Duties/responsibilities
- Assist with clients reservations, modifications and cancellations
- Update reservation records and maintain accuracy
- Coordinate with other departments (Sales team and Accounts Department )
- Provide excellent Customer Service
- Perform administrative tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism or related studies
- Previous reservation experience (desirable )
- fully Bilingual. Must be well-spoken in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic Computer skills (MS Office, reservation software )
- Good communication skill
- reliable
- Availability for 3 months
- punctual
