**Paid Media Operations (PMO) Executive**
**The Role**
Paid Media is an invaluable and exciting channel to work in. If you have an analytical mind and a hunger for learning new things, then Paid Media Operations is the perfect channel for you. At ROAST we promote collaborative learning, so we are looking for someone who will be willing to share ideas and work with others as part of a large team.
The PMO Executive’s primary role is to support the Paid Media Account Manager in the setup and implementation of paid media operational tasks across client accounts in line with industry and agency best practices. You will be required to follow instruction on deliverables that will continuously grow and improve performance for our clients’ accounts.
You will be responsible for a variety of paid media operational tasks, supporting elements of campaign setup, reporting and tracking. You will be in regular contact with the Display & PPC Account Managers in the UK to ensure task briefs given to you are completed on time and to a high standard.
**Key Responsibilities**
Paid Media Operations
- Manage tracking, creative trafficking/tagging following appropriate naming conventions.
- Create CM360 floodlights & configure settings
- Change management /revisions and re-upload to tag manager
- Governance of 3rdparty tags deployed to site and supplier platforms
- Using working brief/project sheets, compare tag instructions to actual serving tags in dual environments.
- Follow internal admin processes, e.g creation of status documents and budget reconciliations
- Raw documentation of data results and working with display team to remedy data discrepancies between sources.
- Ad copy creation/testing
- Keyword creation/ Keyword research
- Campaign Builds in platform (Google Marketing Platform, CM360, DV360)
- Data pulls for daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports as required and ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Proactively suggest tests to improve setup processes to the Account Managers.
Delivery & Line Management
- Reporting directly into the Paid Media Account Managers and Directors to ensure that work is delivered to an exceptional standard, on target and on time
- Task and deliverable ownership within designated briefs.
- Training and development of new junior team members to ensure that they are performing at the standard expected by ROAST and our clients
- Passionate about digital marketing operations
- At least 9 months experience in paid media operations
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (especially Campaign Manager 360)
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads
- Experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with MMPs (Appsflyer, Branch) is preferable
- Experience with brand safety vendors (Integral Ad Science) is preferable
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Additional languages and/or knowledge of Javascript would be a bonus
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Capability of independent research and learning
- Excellent written and spoken English
