**Role Purpose**

Provide project coordination support throughout the project management lifecycle in order to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

**Requirements**:

- Matric / Grade 12
- Certfiicate/Diploma in Project Managament
- 2-3 years' experience in project coordination

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Deliver on Group Human Capital projects.
- Providing support to Project Managers and Human Capital leaders when requested.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation material for meetings.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation are maintained appropriately for each project.
- Maintaining and monitoring budgets and expenditure.
- Assisting the PMO Head with administrative tasks such as diary management, report consolidation, and drafting minutes.
- Project managing events in Human Capital including coordination of all the components (logistics, catering etc.) of project events and functions within budget and specifications.
- Manage JDE Payments for the Project Office.
- Provide support in the Project Office by creating team spirit (birthdays, wellness etc.)
- Managing the creative communication between business and the Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Managing the Human Capital third-party contract repository.
