Job Overview:
G4S Secure Solutions (SA), a top provider of integrated security management solutions, seeks a National Project Coordinator for our Head Office in Centurion, Gauteng. The role reports to the National Operations Manager:ESS and Finance Manager:ESS.
The ideal candidate is proactive, upholds company policies, embraces best practices, demonstrates sound judgment, and understands the importance of the National Project Coordinator in a thriving business unit. This individual must be results-oriented and embody the organization's values.

Role Responsibilities:
Financial Administration for Technology Division:
- Consolidate monthly invoices
- Follow-up with third parties and vendors
- Facilitate order delivery
- National review & reconciliation of project costs, petty cash, and Technology Supplier Payments
- Control operational system usage efficiency
- Assist procurement with vendor onboarding and supplier order/invoicing queries
- Conduct supplier meetings for account & invoice queries
- Monitor Work in Progress status and deliverables
- Implement margin improvement initiatives
- Manage costing and price list
Management and control of regional and site assets:
- Maintain national inventory levels
- Distribute inventory as needed
- Update inventory database
Procurement:
- Manage supplier relationships
- Oversee the procurement process
Asset Management:
- Compile combined inventory from all regional sites
- Conduct yearly site verifications
- Handle asset disposals, transfers, and equipment cancellations
- Manage asset life cycle and ancillary costs
Project Administration and Deployment:
- Process travel approvals
- Coordinate project inventory imports and customs clearing
- Maintain accurate Work in Progress status
- Communicate bottlenecks and project requirements to management
- Review project profitabilities
- Assist with Project spill over in all regions
Operational System Administration:
- Execute national buyer functions
- Check Operational System jobs
- Process Job Cards and Requests For Orders
- Manage client and supplier data
Health and Safety:
- Participate in safety planning, forums, and reporting
- Attend safety education sessions
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Distribute safety information as needed
- Wear protective clothing
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification recommended
Experience:
- 2-5 Years of Procurement experience in a Projects environment or similar role
