**Responsibilities**:

- Managing client and third-party expectations
- Dealing with client and third-party queries in a professional way and in alignment with our company values
- Initiating new third-party claims
- Assessing the merits and quantum of claims received
- Making decisions on settling or rejecting claims
- Drafting releases and all other documents relating to third party claims

**Requirements**:

- Matric (essential)
- Relevant legal liabilities experience
