**Purpose of position**:
Obtaining a valid judgement for any liabilities-related cases.

**Responsibilities**:

- Instituting legal action and drafting pleadings
- Attending to defend action from start to trial
- Attending with undefended actions from start until judgement

**Requirements**:

- Matric or matric equivalent (essential)
- LLB degree (essential)
- Admitted attorney (completed articles)
- Must have sufficient litigation experience in both the Magistrate’s Court and High Court
- Sound knowledge of Law of Delict
- Must be able to draft a variety of pleadings and notices (with reference to motor vehicle collision matters) and drive the legal process to finalization
