Process Support Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Review Company internal processes
- Ensure that internal processes are documented, in line with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and Group guidelines, and respond to the needs of the Company
- Where necessary, define and map the Company internal processes in conjunction with the relevant Heads of Department
- Ensure thal internal processes form part of a Company procedure adequately approved
- Make sure that internal Company processes are optimised to ensure maximum efficiency
- Work in conjunction with Internal Control and Compliance to ensure that sufficient controls and segregation of duties are applied to each internal Company process
- Ensure standardisation of the Company internal processes across the Southern African region
- Perform or assist in performing training on the Company internal processes
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
- Review Company internal processes
- Ensure that internal processes are documented, in line with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and Group guidelines
- Ensure that processes form part of a Company procedure adequately approved
- Draft and update internal Company procedures
- Maintain efficient filing systems
- Maintain a healthy and professional relationship with co-workers
- Operate with the highest standards of integrity
- Follow all the Company’s policies and procedures
- Perform any ad hoc duties required by your designated manager
**Key Skills**:
- Perform all duties to the latest ISO 9001 requirements
- Function as part of a team
- Ensure total confidentiality of all information, internal and external, pertaining to the business of the Company, all its Employees and Management
- Actively promote a positive working environment and a sense of belonging among all staff
- Participate fully in all training interventions made available and promote a culture of training and development within the Company
- Become familiar with, comply with and promote all company policies, procedures and administrative processes
- Utilise your work time gainfully and productively to meet the Company’s objectives
- Promote a positive and professional Company image at all times
- Perform all necessary computer functions
**Qualifications**:
- BComm, Business Management Certificate (NQF6), Diploma or Degree\
- Experience in process mapping and procedure development
- Computer literate (Google Sheet/MS Excel, Google Docs/MS Word, LucidChart/Visio) with speed and accuracy
- Competences with ERP software, especially SAP Business ByDesign is an advantage
**Job Type**: Contract
