Sales Enablement Manager

**Role summary**
As the Sales Enablement Manager (SEM) at Construct, you will lead projects that enhance the productivity and effectiveness of our sales team. By collaborating with cross-functional, multinational teams including Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Learning, you will ensure our sales initiatives are aligned and effective, helping our team achieve their targets efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales Enablement**
- Manage and implement sales enablement strategies, tools, and projects to enhance sales team productivity.
- Communicate regularly with the sales team to gather insights about sales enablement needs, and develop action plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create customer-facing content for different stages of the sales process.
- Organize and maintain sales collateral documents.
**Project Management**
- Serve as the primary communication link between Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams across different time zones to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Manage special projects related to sales campaigns, product launches, and managed services.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders throughout the organization to drive results.

**Requirements**:
**Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience managing projects, preferably in the EdTech space.
- Excellent relationship-building, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and commercial acumen.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prefer experience with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, GenAI, and other relevant tools.
