**JD Specialized Recruitment** is currently assisting an intimate 5* Lodge in Mpumalanga to recruit a vibrant and energetic **GUEST SERVICES SUPERVISOR /TRAILS GUIDE COUPLE **to join their team.

**Partner - Guest services Supervisor**
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent beneficial.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a similar 5* bush Lodge
- Guest centric, eye for detail and extremely high standards of service.
- Hosting experience essential, wine knowledge beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English - Both written and spoken.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and facilitate the small touches to enhance the guest experience.
- Highly sociable and confident when meeting new people and able to entertain.
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Drives Licence
- Sound employment history with contactable references

**Partner - Senior Field Guide**
- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar position in a similar 5* bush Lodge
- FGASA Level 2 essential and completed Lead Trails with VPDA
- First Aid, ARH and PrDP and rifle proficiency/SAPS Competency Certificate
- CATHSSETA /DEAT/NDT Registered
- Off-road 4 x 4 certificate
- Well-groomed with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- General vehicle maintenance knowledge essential.
- Computer literate and ability to manage stock and equipment.
- Hands on approach and ability to handle pressure.
- Stable employment history with contractable references.

**Benefits**:Furnished live-in Accommodation, Medical Aid, Pension fund, and meal allowance.

**Leave Cycle**: 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
