Capturing relevant study orientated data;
Quality assurance of data;
Ensuring that ethical requirements are fulfilled;
Recording all patient data that have been collected;
Data quality control and data cleaning;
Attending to data queries;
Data office management;
Attending required data management training;
Assisting the data manager in the creation of clinical databases.

:
Matric certificate;
Knowledge of computer data processing principles;
Two years' experience in data capturing in a health and / or research
environment;
Computer experience in various Microsoft packages (including Microsoft
Access and Excel);
Good interpersonal skills;
Good organisational skills;
The ability to work under pressure;
The ability to work in a team.
