- Proven success in recruiting and managing promoters
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be willing to travel extensively within South Africa
- National promoters database (advantage)

- Manage and coordinate daily promotional activities for maximum effectiveness
- Set ambitious sales targets and work towards achieving them
