Duties/Pligte- Providing administrative and secretarial support for South African collaborators within the IRTG;- Assisting with communication within the IRTG, including communication with the media;- Preparing and managing correspondence, reports and other documents for the IRTG (SA);-

- en verblyfreëlings wat verband hou met die IRTG (SA) se bedrywighede;- Professionele skakeling met interne en eksterne belanghebbendes;- Hulpverlening met koördinasie en logistieke reëlings van geleenthede, met inbegrip van belangrike lesings, werksgroepe en konferensies;- Basiese navorsing (internet-soektogte en voorbereiding van inligtingnotas) soos versoek;- Bestuur van dagboeke;- Afhandeling van ad hoc-take soos nodig;- Verrigting van ander pligte soos toegeken deur die IRTG (SA).
