Lead Generation Specialist

The individual should be highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load in a fast paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:(this list is not exhaustive)
- Answering calls and booking customers
- Selling boiler services
- Cold calling
- Lead generation
- Upselling products to customers
- Understanding prices
- Keeping in touch with clients via ServiceM8 & WhatsApp
- Automatically booking in jobs for customers via phone or website
- Organising engineers diary starting him from home to furthest job out and working his way home with travel calculated
- Accepting not declining jobs from 3rd party apps (some are mobile apps)
- Sourcing Parts - Finding cheapest merchant via list for each part
- Quotations for customers
- Sending of invoices and chasing payments
- QC Job report and send it to the customer - Random spot checks
- Dealing with complaints & Troubleshooting - To prevent call backs

**Qualifications and Key Skills**:

- Bachelor of Business Administration or related Business Degree.
- Digital Design and Marketing Experience
- Sales experience
- Adaptable personality

**Hardware Requirements**:

- Own computer or laptop
- ADSL/Fibre internet
- Headphones for use with our VOIP system
- Antivirus installed
- UPS/Backup battery for load shedding

**WORKING HOURS**:
**09:00 - 18:00 UK Time**

**Job Types**: Full Day, Permanent

**Salary**: R18,000.00 per month
