**Role Objective**:To prepare work schedules and distribute to the team to meet the client needs.

**Qualification Required**:

- Logistics/Transport/Administration Diploma

**Experience, skills and knowledge required for the role**
- Previous Administration experience
- Highly motivated individual, willing to coordinate tasks with a close-knit team while also being able to work independently when needed.
- Able to take the initiative and prioritise workload.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Have a ‘can do' attitude.
- IT literacy: Able to confidently use MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

**Additional Experience Preferable**:

- Working knowledge of the Transport / logistics industry
- Exposure to the Transport industry
- Leadership ability to manage and lead a team without necessarily direct reporting lines.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Computer Literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Valid drivers license & own transport.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Assist with management of drivers throughout the day
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Documentall call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete call logs
- Route Planning
- Customer service skills
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Strategically plan logistics, transportation, and customer services
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R13,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)
