**ROLE MISSION**
Working in partnership with our client, the Community Manager fosters and builds a social community through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok. Working closely with the Social Media Manager & Brand Managers the role represents the voice of the consumer, monitoring conversations, posting content and managing the daily operations of various social challenges. The account consists of three key divisions - Baking, Culinary & Spreads and working in a team of 9 -12.
**ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING**
Reporting to the Content Team Lead, the Community Manager will be responsible for management of the social platforms. Data will be captured and shared with Brand Teams for monthly reporting. This in house team will be responsible for social media management as well as providing digital data insights and strategy
to the greater brand teams.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE**
- Help build, grow and manage online communities
- Identify and track relevant community data metrics
- To champion creativity and excellent customer experiences
- To manage and review the work of creators to ensure consistent processes are followed
- To act as brand guardian to ensure all work produced is faithful to the client's brand guidelines
- Adoption and use of the brand's voice - responding to and engaging with the user community
**WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL**
- Passion for delivering on-brand and on-brief social communications
- Pro-active planning and leadership of creative community initiatives
- Practical know-how to manage social media channels especially with their intricacies
- Experience using analytical tools for decision making
- The ability to manage and filter workflow as well as organise and prioritise workloads to maximise productivity.
- Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top tier agency service.
- 3+ years of relevant experience
