We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Logistics Service Provider Executive to join this global FMCG leader. Your main responsibility will be to ensure efficient flows in terms of time, cost, and quality for physical movements, information flow, and documentation flow. It is essential that you have expertise in SAP and possess a flexible approach to working hours.

**Responsibilities**:
**LSP Management and Communication**
- Oversee the full flow of assigned commodities through the factory, ensuring smooth and effective communication between the factory, logistics service provider, regional supply chain, tax, and broker.
- Monitor costs, resource utilization, and performance, and propose corrective actions when needed.
- Allocate and monitor incoming requests, setting priorities to meet customers' deadlines.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Identify productivity improvement opportunities through internal analysis and benchmarking, set improvement targets, and ensure their implementation.
- Participate in new business developments to assess their impact on existing logistics infrastructure.
- Maintain an optimal balance between cost, quality, service, safety, and security requirements.

**Reporting and Analysis**
- Prepare and supervise the logistics service provider's records in SAP and WMS, ensuring data accuracy and proposing solutions for deviations.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports related to inventory management, inventory processes, LSP performance, and broker activity.

**Sustainability/Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with safety measures, regulations, and policies to maintain a healthy and safe environment for employees and service providers.
- Perform regular audits to validate storage conditions, sanitation, and product integrity.
- Establish and improve departmental safety and job procedures in collaboration with the sustainability department.

**Requirements**:

- Completed University Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Engineering, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations, with at least 2 years of experience in logistics service management.
- Knowledge of world-class standard manufacturing is advantageous.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Strong data-driven stock management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and SAP.
