A very busy entrepreneur in Wellington is seeking the services of a Personal Assistant to join their team to assist with daily tasks, Management of calendar bookings and meetings, client services and correspondence, marketing on social media and general administrative duties as and when needed.

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.

Duties include but not limited to the following;
- Acting as the point of contact between the manager and clients
- Screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handling requests and queries appropriately
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients

- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- Update of social media platforms and update of client lists
- Arrange functions and/or meetings

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Matric
- PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: R5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wellington, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 4 years (required)
- Computer Practice: 5 years (required)
- Personal Assistant/Secretary: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Drivers Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
