We are looking for a highly capable Procurement Administrator to assist with managing inventory in our warehouse.
- Order management (Place, confirm and manage estimated arrival)
- Receipt goods and identify increases and how to best manage them
- Stock control - Manage counts and identify errors and investigate the errors
- Stock management
- Weekly reporting
- Responsible for inter-branch transfers
- Build and maintain supplier relations
- Responsible for forecasting
- Reconciling orders placed and received
- Arranging payments of orders
- Creating out of stock and discontinued reports

**Requirements**:

- National Senior Certificate
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Time management
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Own transport
- SAGE experience beneficial
- 2-3 year stock control experience needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
