**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our Training Academy, ensuring seamless functionality and exceptional service delivery.
- Lead and supervise the administrative staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet the demands of the academy.
- Efficiently manage office supplies and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Provide regular reports to the management team, offering insights into the academy's performance and areas for improvement.
- Monitor the academy's budget and expenses, maintaining financial responsibility and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers, ensuring seamless partnerships and excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize the academy's operations and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining our commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications:

- Bring 5+ years of experience in office management or a related field, demonstrating your expertise in driving operational excellence.
- Showcase strong leadership and management skills, inspiring and guiding our administrative team towards success.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Display exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities, effectively managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
- Demonstrate a keen attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring precision in all administrative tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software, utilizing technology to streamline operations.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management, enabling you to make informed decisions that align with our financial goals.

Working Conditions:

- Enjoy a full-time position with typical office hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
