**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric, tertiary qualification highly advantageous
- Must have an affinity for admin type work with proficiency in both word and excel.
- Minimum two years strong administration experience Excel must be intermediate to advanced level
- Ability to handle pressure & effectively multi-task
- Ability to analyze problems with a logical approach to a solution
- Positive ability to use initiative & work independently

**DUTIES**
- Managing the administration of selected accounts as nominated by the Key Accounts Manager
- Representing & promoting the Company
- Providing general service to customers
- Resolving all issues that arise with respect to customer queries/complaints and their accounts from time to time with guidance from the Manager
- Attend meetings with the Manager with new and existing accounts when necessary
- Liaison with the production sites regarding the work done for a customer or a customers vendors and suppliers
- Provide customer sales data to management as and when necessary
- Participate in Store Audits at key account stores on a regular basis
- Co-ordination of all the activities for existing and new account developments with guidance from the Manager
- Check the brief received from customers with the Manager and proceed to implement
- In consultation with the customers directly, amend the brief if necessary and where possible to suit the companies capability.
- Confirm the brief with the customer for signing off by Manager
- Prepare new product development documentation per the standard templates
- Monitor and report on sampling execution and follow up/chase deadlines
- Check samples in consultation with the Manager prior to submission to the customer.
- Submit request for pricing to the Manager
- Present samples and quotations to customers as approved by the Manager
