Established boutique legal firm has an opening for a Frontdesk Assistant/Legal Secretary to

offer support at Directorship level

Duties include: direct client liaison, switchboard operation, boardroom/conference room bookings, parking reservation bookings, legal electronic diarising (court dates, etc.), legal searches CIPC, Deeds Office, opening client files, FICA requirements. Dictaphone Typing of litigation (High/Magistrates court documentation) Month-end administration, client invoicing, debt collections, etc.

Requirements: A minimum of 3 years legal litigation experience, A minimum of 50 wpm Dictaphone typing. Sound communication skills, bilingualism (English/Afrikaans), Matric and Paralegal Diploma essential. MSOffice literacy required.

**Salary**: R12,500.00 per month
