Join our client, a leading player in the agricultural sector, as an Execution Manager (Supply Chain) and play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing trade execution, logistics, and inventory management. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless flow of operations in our dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**: As the Execution Manager, you will:

- Lead and manage the Trade Execution, Logistics, and Inventory Desks, ensuring efficient coordination and execution.
- Provide essential support to the Operations Manager, contributing to the overall success of the department.

**Qualifications & Experience**: To excel in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a related role within supply chain or operations.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field or a BComm degree.
- Strong operational management background, particularly in logistics.
- Proficiency in administration and reporting.
- Sound understanding of inventory management, especially within an agricultural context.
- Adeptness in operational assessment and reporting.
- Skills in automating systems, processes, and operations.
- Excellent communication abilities in both Afrikaans and English, written and verbal.
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- A collaborative team player attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Comfort in a fast-paced professional office environment, with strong multitasking skills.
- Experience creating and managing KPIs, aligning performance with business goals.

**Competencies**:

- Strategic resource planning support to optimize operations.
- Leadership in managing the Trade Execution, Planning & Logistics, and Stock & Inventory Control Desks.
- The development of systems and implementation of SOPs for streamlined operations.
- Effective capacity and team development of team leaders.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management with both internal and external partners.
- Proactive monthly reporting and analysis for informed decision-making.
- Implementation of robust controls across all functions.
- Reporting and management of Delivered at Place (DAP) Profit and Loss (PNL).
- Overseeing comprehensive contract management and deadlines.
- Enhancement and reporting of monthly Logistics PNL.
- Creation and maintenance of a sustainable long-term transport rate matrix.
- Monthly management and reporting of 3rd party stock reconciliations.
- Accurate and timely reporting of monthly revenue cut-off.
- Facilitation of the annual audit process and adherence to COFCO policies.

**Desirable Skills**: Your background in grains and oilseeds (maize, wheat, soya beans, sunflower seed, oils, and soya bean meal) would be advantageous. Exposure to ERP systems is a plus.

**Remuneration**: Negotiable, commensurate with experience and expertise.
