We are currently seeking a meticulous Customer Admin Assistant to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of customer-related administrative processes.

**Job Purpose**:
As a Customer Admin Assistant at Balance Catamarans, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication and coordination between the company, clients, and suppliers. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be instrumental in managing various administrative tasks related to customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients.
- Generate monthly photo reports on the build status for clients.
- Assist with yacht registrations and warranty documentation.
- Manage vessel documentation, including owner's manuals and equipment manuals.
- Compile drawing/schematic files for each boat and boat launch documentation.
- Follow up with suppliers on commissioning reports and maintain organised files.
- Communicate with procurement regarding stock and supply requirements.
- Assist in the preparation for boat launches, including completing boat launch forms.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all customer-related processes.
- General administration tasks to support the customer service team.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**:

- Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is advantageous.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Connection to yachting or boating is a plus.

**Salary**: Negotiable, commensurate with experience.
