Responsibilities:

Treasury – ensuring sufficient cash is available to meet operational needs Cashflow forecasting Oversee Monthly Payroll Journal and process payments Monitor, reconciliation and confirmation of Inter-company loan accounts Oversee the completion of relevant balance sheet recons (Debtors’ Book, Bank Reconciliations, Suspense Accounts) Systems Administration – Responsible for allocation and mapping of all new transactions Be the Main Pastel Administrator – responsible for maintaining the chart of accounts, setting up of new users and the year-end roll-over process Lead and guide a small team

Requirements:

Accounting or Finance degree Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role Computer experience: Pastel Demonstrate analytical and critical thinking skills Strong planning, organizing, scheduling, and objective setting
