Corporate Communications Manager

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Strategically assist in driving company culture.
- Support and further develop the business’ Internal Communications & Events strategy by creating compelling and engagement content for the channels used across the business.
- Help drive HR initiatives and projects.
- Partner with key stakeholders to plan, develop and deliver internal communications that help achieve their objectives and engage colleagues.
- Manage and/or create company social media channels.
- Support the delivery of our internal events, both digital and face to face.
**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Communications/Marketing Degree/Diploma.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience working in a similar role within an internal or corporate communications
- Environment.
- Experience in working with HR teams to drive company culture, Employer Branding (internally and externally).
- Be a team player.
- Flexible and willing to work (on occasion), outside of normal workings hours to support the wider team’s objectives.
- Able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and excellence.
**Salary**: R30,000.00 per month
