**Job Title**: Customer Feedback Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Feedback Administrator to join our team.
The Customer Feedback Administrator will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting on customer feedback to help enhance our customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collect and organise feedback information from various channels.
- Analyse feedback data using advanced Excel techniques to identify trends and insights.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to address feedback-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with different departments to implement improvements based on feedback.
- Maintain and update feedback databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups and charts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience of at least 3-4 years in a customer feedback and/or data analysis role is preferred.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 4 years (preferred)
- Data Analysis: 4 years (required)
