**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, remote support tools, or in person.

**Hardware and Software Management**:

- Coordinate the procurement, storage, and management of IT equipment and supplies.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets.

**Customer Service and Communication**:

- Deliver excellent customer service and support to end-users, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of issues.

**Network Administration**:

- Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues (LAN/WAN).
- System Administration:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates and backups.
- Ensure the IT systems are running efficiently and securely.

**Website Revamp & Development**:

- Contribute to the redesign, development, and optimization of the company’s website.
- Ensure the website is secure, SEO-optimized, and responsive across all devices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align the website with business objectives.

**Programming & Development**:

- Participate in the development and maintenance of custom software solutions to support the company's information systems.
- Collaborate on projects that automate and improve internal processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**: Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an IT support role is advantageous.
- Experience in web development and software programming.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, or similar.
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress or Joomla.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Pay: R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month

License/Certification:

- Valid Certification: Programming courses and development (required)
