**Retail Marketing Head Office **currently holds a vacancy for a Coordinator: Leads.
**Position Overview**:
**Key objectives of the role**:
- Lead management support & co-ordination in order to ensure that all leads reach the dealers timeously;
- Ensure leads are processed effectively;
- Play a crucial role in maximizing the conversion of leads into sales.
**Specific Role Responsibilities**:
**Lead Management functions**:
- Taking charge of the lead management for one/ more divisions and building relationships with dealers and divisional management in order to ensure cooperation with regards to managing leads effectively;
- Management of the leads systems - CMS and Logimeter for your division/s;
- Management of lead processes - Call Connect and Call Manager for your division/s;
- Daily management of lead wastage - drawing reports, identifying lead wastage, and liaising with your dealers to revive wasted leads;
- Auditing and cleaning up of leads systems and processes for your division/s:
- Logimeter tracking numbers;
- Call Manager setup and operation;
- CMS data - referral sources, dealers and floors;
- Call Connect setup and operation;
- Assisting with monitoring of lead management by your division/s and dealerships to ensure leads are being managed effectively and liaising with the dealer and divisional management in this regard;
- Assisting in ensuring correct and optimal use of leads systems and processes by divisions and dealerships;
- Weekly and monthly reporting for your divisions on:
- Lead management by dealers;
- Lead wastage management (win backs and hot leads);
- Resolving lead system and process issues and liaising with divisions and dealerships in this regard.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Experience Required**:
- Prior experience within the Automotive industry advantageous.

- Experience with our lead systems and processes, either at the dealership or divisional level:
- CMS
- Logimeter
- Call Connect
- Call Manager
- Understanding the importance of effective lead management and the purpose behind it - maximising sales opportunities;
- Methodical, detail-oriented and analytical;
- Ability to communicate effectively with dealerships, divisional head offices and suppliers and customers;
- Follow all company policies and procedures;
- Carry out all reasonable instructions given to you by any member of management
