- 3rd Party Aggregators

**Scope and General Purpose**

To control, manage and maintain the 3rd Party Aggregator profiles of the entire group marketing, and to ensure that the prescribed standards are maintained, and acceptable levels of guest satisfaction and interaction through the platform.

To plan, organize, direct, and control the day to day running of 3rd Party Aggregator Platforms:

- UberEATS
- MrD
- Bolt
- Online ordering
- Avo

Or any other 3rd parties associated

**Key Performance Areas**

**1. Relationships**
- Managing the day to day relationship activities of the organization and long term of 3rd Party Aggregator platforms and long term strategy for the group.
- Managing all 3rd Party Aggregator activities of all stores on a national and local basis.
- Developing a strategy in line with the strategic objectives.
- Creation of targeted campaigns for Adhoc, store specific campaigns or brand campaigns that fit into the Creation of targeted campaigns for Adhoc, store specific campaigns or brand campaigns that fit into the AOP.
- Co--ordinating campaigns with sales activities.
- Overseeing the 3rd Party Aggregator marketing budget per brand as well as billings
- Creation and publication of all 3rd Party Aggregator material in line with marketing plans.
- Planning, implementing, updating, and removing promotional campaigns.
- Managing and improving on lead generation campaigns and measuring results.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity on 3rd Party Aggregator platforms.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of all campaigns including National, local and store specific campaigns.
- Maintaining individual store specific 3rd Party Aggregator profiles with specific reference to menu content, menu imagery, pricing, and selling structures.
- Maintaining effective internal communications between marketing and operations and ensuring that all relevant stores are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships.
- Managing and reporting the year-on year on revenue growth of 3rd Party Aggregator platforms
- Identifying and managing PR/Marketing opportunities
- Managing the relationship with all 3rd Party Aggregator key account managers.
- Researching audience preferences and discovering current trends.
- Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with 3rd Party Aggregator strategies in conjunction with brand marketing team.
- Stay up to date with changes in all 3rd Party Aggregator platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries on 3rd Party Aggregator platforms.
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers through promotions and new activities such as stories, videos, and other dynamic content.
- Keeping record of store or brand run activities on 3rd Party Aggregators so campaigns do not clash with brand run activities with clear start and end dates.
- Ensuring that prices, menu items, descriptions, photography, promotions are updated and correct on a weekly basis.

**Liaise, strategize and form relationships with local stores**:

- Communicating promotions with franchisees for all campaigns
- Sending marketing material for marketing
- Seek opportunities to grow revenues, up ratings and collaborate
- Meetings and calls with store operators to create campaigns, strategies and store specific activities

**2. Marketing**
- Ensuring that we are apart of all calendar events with 3rd parties
- Creating our own calendar events that are suitable for each brand
- Creating campaigns that align with a specific period to assist stores to create awareness and generate and increase revenues.
- Setting up marketing campaigns for new stores in line with strategy
- Briefing in artwork for campaigns for all campaigns for all platforms
- Keeping menu templates updated
- Managing loyalty and rewards & assisting with growth, early adoption strategies and over all brand perception
- Market research and competitor analysis from menu diversity, delivering, packaging, price etc.
- Ensuring delivary for the various platforms is working correctly, mapped correctly and overseeing the entire process from start to end
- Using Google analytics, Automated marketing, Geo targeted ads, Facebook retargeting and SEO to grow awareness of online app
- Cold call stores and visit stores to test knowledge on Apps, promos and adoption of platforms instore, by staff and owners
