Junior Creditors and Administration Clerk

Our client based in Pinetown has a vacancy for a Creditors and Admin clerk.
The position is based at the Head Office in Pinetown and reports to the Financial Manager.
**A brief description of the duties is listed below***:
**Creditors’ clerk**
- Processing creditors invoices.
- Preparing creditors reconciliations.
- Maintaining creditor information.
- Matching of stock receipts and prices to creditor invoices.
- Assisting the senior credit clerk in preparing payments.
**Administration clerk**
- Switchboard/ reception duties when necessary.
- Ad hoc support and reports/ analysis for the finance department.
- Filing
- Ability to multi-task
- Energetic & dynamic
- Communicate well with people
- Good administrative skills
- Efficient and organized
- High degree of honesty and integrity
- Accurate and reliable work produced
- Able to work in an orderly fashion.
- Handle a high pressure environment.

**KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**
- Matric and relevant finance diploma/ degree
- Syspro, Word and Excell
- 2-3 years creditors experience
- Good with calculations and numbers
