Administrator (Employee Benefits)

You will interface with their leadership team and interact with internal team members and external stakeholders. You will have a wide range of organizational and administrative responsibilities including planning projects and company objectives
Manage verbal and written correspondence on behalf of the executive as instructed, maintaining discretion and strict confidentiality of privileged information
- Assist/ provide timely information to internal stakeholders input into tender process/ marketing/ communication requests and business requests
- Support operational tasks like preparation of presentation drafts and meeting briefs
- Take on internal communication planning responsibilities, such a
- supporting weekly team meetings and managing team events
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
**Education and Experience**
- Matric / Diploma in Administration
- 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred. Exposure or experience in a previous senior admin position supporting both senior level leadership and multiple team members would be an advantage
- Experience in corporate events and trade shows
- Must have project planning and management skills
- Computer literacy Excel (advance), Word, Power Point and Outlook
- Willing to work extended hours if need be
