If so, Servest has an exciting opportunity for you as our Accounts Payable Manager. You will be responsible for managing accounts payable and cash book teams.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12, Relevant Tertiary qualification
- 3 year minimum experience in the relevant role.
- Must have Shared Services experience or worked in a Group Accounts Payable role.
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Clear criminal record.
- Effective time management.
- Sound administration skills.
- Strong reconciliation skills.
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Computer literate competent and well acquainted with the MS Office Suite (MS Word, Ms Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing creditors and cashbook reconciliations monthly
- Reviewing all cash books for the finance business partners and making sure they balance to Tb’s weekly.
- Ensure all invoices are captured in the month that they are incurred.
- Checking payment requisitions for payments to be made.
- Ensure suppliers are paid in accordance with terms granted.
- Ensuring all invoices received from suppliers are VAT compliant.
- Prepare monthly accrual journals as required.
- Ensure VAT compliance with regards to receipt, issuing and processing all transactions on accounting systems (customers and suppliers).
- General administration and record keeping that is accurate and up-to-date.
- Strictly adhering to all month-end deadlines.
