**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Personal Assistant/Secretary to join our Medical Cannabis Company based in Franschhoek, Western Cape. As a PA/Secretary, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the company's executives and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This is a Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) appointment.

**Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support:

- Manage the executives' calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents.
- Maintain and update company databases, files, and records.

Document Preparation and Editing:

- Draft, edit, and proofread various documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Format and finalize documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with the utmost discretion.

Communication and Coordination:

- Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and courteous communication.
- Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure efficient workflow and collaboration.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, announcements, and memos as required.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing materials and agendas.

Information Technology Support:

- Coordinate with the IT department or external vendors for more complex technical problems.

General Office Support:

- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating maintenance requests.
- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Grade 12 education.
- Tertiary qualification in administration or related field preferred.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Valid driver's license and own car.
- Resides in or around the Franschhoek area.

**Position**:Full Time

**Location**:Capetowne, MD

The Primary Care Assistant is responsible for assisting the provider with daily tasks and activities assigned. This position will assist the provider with scheduling appointments, answering phones, and general office duties.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check through the Department of Public Safety.
- Minimum of one year experience in a health care setting.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
- Must be able to work at least one full day per week during business hours.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and parents who are arriving at the facility.
- Schedule patients accordingly via phone and in person according to their needs and schedule notes. (1 hour per day per shift)
- Collecting payments for services rendered. (1 hour per day per shift)

**Benefits**:

- Health insurance benefits are available after one year of employment with 100% employer contribution.

**Salary**: R13,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month
